Jeffrey Buttice
Jeffrey has resided in the Walla Walla Valley for the better part of 47 years. He is currently employed as an Estimator at Yale Glass of Walla Walla. His prior experience includes management of other local businesses in the Walla Walla valley. He has three grown children and four granddaughters - all local residents. He enjoys golf, playing music and spending time with his family and friends.
Jeffrey has been involved with the Walla Walla Citizens Academy for approximately three years. He volunteered his time and expertise to design and build the Crime Scene Response Trailer for the Walla Walla Police Department. He assisted with security for the Feast of Walla Walla and National Night Out events. It was involvement with these events that raised his awareness of the importance of citizen involvement in the Walla Walla community.
His goal as President is to enhance the flow of communication between the local law enforcement agencies and the citizens of the Walla Walla Valley area; to understand and appreciate the needs of the community as well as the needs of law enforcement agencies thereby ensuring continuation of the quality of life we enjoy in our beautiful valley while keeping it a safe, enjoyable place to live.

Vicki Ruley
City of Walla Walla Crime Prevention Coordinator Vicki Ruley works to coordinate resources, including equipment and personnel, so that all of the cities crime prevention activities meet the needs of our community. She also works to train individuals, business, and community groups in various aspects of crime prevention and services available through the Walla Wall Police Department. Vicki has been with the department since 1998. She is also on the Board of Directors for Washington State Crime Prevention Association (WSCPA), representing Region 8.
